We are looking for a receptionist to manage our reception every day and perform a variety of administrative and office tasks.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, filter and forward incoming calls
Receive, order and distribute daily mails / deliveries
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Perform other administrative receptionist tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
